Do I need a current NDIS plan to get support from you?

Not necessarily. If you're still applying for the NDIS or unsure about your plan, get in touch anyway — we're happy to have a conversation and point you in the right direction.

What's the difference between Plan-Managed, Self-Managed, and NDIA-Managed funding?

Self-Managed means you handle your own payments and provider choices directly. Plan-Managed means a plan manager handles payments on your behalf, while you still choose your providers. NDIA-Managed means the NDIA pays registered providers directly. All three funding types work with our services — just let us know which applies to you.

How quickly can support start?

For most services, we aim to have an initial conversation within a few business days of receiving your referral, and can often begin support within one to two weeks depending on your needs and our current availability.

Am I eligible for your services?

If you're an NDIS participant with funding for Support Coordination, Community Access, Daily Living, or Nursing, you're likely eligible. If you're unsure, the easiest way to find out is to reach out — we'll talk it through with you at no cost.

Do you provide services outside Melbourne's South-Eastern and Western suburbs?

Our core service area covers Melbourne's South-Eastern and Western suburbs. If you're just outside this area, contact us — we may still be able to help or can refer you to a trusted provider.

What happens after I submit a referral?

Our team reviews your referral and reaches out to arrange a relaxed, no-obligation conversation about your needs and goals. From there, we'll work with you to build a support plan that fits.

Can Support Coordinators and Plan Managers refer multiple clients at once?

Yes. If you're managing referrals for several clients, contact our intake team directly and we can arrange a streamlined process.

Still Have Questions?

We're happy to talk it through — no question is too small.
